I recently created a new mailing list, and one person's
messages are
always tagged as spam. However, I also correspond directly
with this
same person, and her messages sent directly to me are never
marked as
spam.
Same sender from the same account; sent to the list address,
it's
spam, but sent to my email address, it's not spam.
How can I convince SurgeMail that this person's messages to
the list
aren't spam?
Why are messages sent directly to me not tagged as spam, but
messages
to the list are?
Here's a sample SpamDetect header: X-SpamDetect: *******:
7.900000
ImageSize=3.0,SPF Default Fail=2.5,High tags-to-text
ratio=1.8,X-
Verify-SMTP present=0.6
Any help and/or insight will be greatly appreciated!
