This means the 'dlist' process is not running, or is
failing, first look
for
surgemail/dlist/dlist.log
and see if that file is new and contains any clues, or if
it's old then
the dlist binary has not started, also check dlist.ini you
may have a
path wrong in that file if it's not starting.
