Hi Lyle,

Thanks for tips.

I looked for something like this, and was almost certain that Surgemail had this functionality somehow.

I found it hidden inside the Mailbox Contents page: There̵7;s an “Archive” button there, which indeed seems to do what I need (and which I suggested in previous mail to Stuart).

Stuart: May I suggest that this button is moved to the main account window (as a separate button e.g. under Mailbox, and above Filtering) ?

Also: To the left of the Archiving button, there is a “Settings”; button which seems to have no functionality. What is this button supposed to do (or what does it do) ?

Best regards,

Robert

Hi,

Does anyone know if there̵7;s a way to let users specify individual expiry settings for their mail accounts?

Archiving can let you set if 'older than x days' do something.  Something can be delete or move to another folder.

Yes sorry misunderstood the original question.
We will have a think about where it should be.

I would imagine it has just been mislabeled as it just takes
you to the
main mailbox page so you can get back to it when you go into
the archive
settings. I will fix this up.
