These need to be looked at on a case by case basis by
capturing the messages
in question (using g_archive or the avast_fail* messages in
the surgemail
directory) and you retesting them or passing them our way
for further
testing.
It could be that there is something particularly wrong with
the message and
that avast is not handling the message very nicely or it
could be that the
error code is just a warning and that we are not handling
the avast error
code nicely enough. Or it could be that the avast
installation has gotten
corrupt. We have seen all these in the past.
