Heads up on latest specials build

Just a heads up on the latest specials builds as to what is
happening...

The specials builds uploaded yesterday (surgemail binary
3.8r-11) contained 
a broken fix and were broken such that POP access to empty
accounts failed. 
Chris fixed this this morning and I've just uploaded an
updated set of 3.8r 
specials builds for all platforms. (the osx intel build will
be done as soon 
as I get access to the build box)

I think the builds are good now, but please keep a careful
eye on them if 
installing them as we have been chasing and fixing several
things lately 
that have only had limited testing on production systems.
Hopefully 
everything is stable again with this build, and all recently
reported issues 
resolved. Anyway just wanted to make this build available
for those that are 
actively waiting for it 

The internal surgemail version number in this build should
be: 3.8r-12


And as an aside... Seasons greetings to everyone!
