This is the user.cgi filtering as accessible from webmail I
assume you mean?
Yes, custom allows you to use custom headers for filtering.
When you select
custom, there is an input field next to it that contains
"type header here".
If you replace that text with the header you are wanting to
filter on, it
will be used for the filtering rule.
