Is just webmail logging something that was previously
getting done silently.

However the real problem does seem to be the filenaming and
does look like a 
bug in the imap migration to me. It could easily be the case
that it has 
already been fixed in the latest specials build but I'm not
sure. I'll pass 
it on to chris too for further comment.
