Upgrade to the latest beta

then turn on all the recommended config settings (including
spf), with the recommended spf settings and the latest 
version it should be extremely rare that a real legit email
gets blocked by spf as mostly it only grey lists so 
excessive blocking of real email suggests some extra/non
default  setting is incorrect.

If that still doesn't work (or blocks too much) send me your
surgemail.ini and an example of a message it blocked (from 
the logs)
