Basic troubleshooting involves looking in the surgemail
msg.log delivery log
and seeing what is happening to the messages - ie if
surgemail gets to see
them at all or if there is a problem with your sending
application.
Dependant on what you see there look in the mail.log or your
sending
application log files to see further details as to why the
messages are not
getting sent.
