Hi, no I'm using powerdns.com, I've been away for a few days and had a problem with my connectivity, I'll send the SurgeMail and Tellmail files now

Are you hosting your own DNS servers?
Most DNS software nowdays has the ability to limit responses to only authorized IP addresses.  If your Router isn't configured to automatically translate your public IP's to your internal IP's then add BOTH into the DNS software.
