In general the webmail ini file should be located in the
same directory as
the webmail binary file. I'm not sure, but it is possible
that in your
configuration it is not finding it there or is looking
elsewhere as the
default directory??
Make sure you have a valid webmail.ini (with appropriate
permissions) - then
first try it next to the webmail binary, then try it in the
directory it
mentions as current directory.
