emailing posts to Bog

It appears that we can no longer email, as blog owner, a
post to a SurgeMail Blog... Well the email gets there and
the subject line is the blog post title, but no content from
the email appears as the body of the post. 

Tried a number of different blogs and users and email
clients, including from webmail.

Has anyone else noticed this as a problem that seems to be
coincident with 3.9a-1, linux x64?
