That is not much to go on. Some possible things that might
be wrong are:
- surgemail is not running for some reason
- surgemail cannot use desired ports
- your connection getting blocked by a firewall
Start by checking the mail.log after starting surgemail to
see whether it is
running and whether any errors are getting logged on
startup. After that
check basic connectivity as per:
