Webmail Addressbook Auto-complete stopped working

We use the Surge template and after upgrading to 3.9c of
Surgemail it seems that the auto-complete functionality (start typing a name
and it suggests a list of possible matches from your addressbook) is now
disabled.  Perhaps it is a coincidence.



 




Anyway, what is the webmail.ini setting to turn that back
on?
