is there a way to move all the messages in a given user's

Setup both accounts in an email client using IMAP (use a
program such as 
Apple Mail or Thunderbird) then copy them that way.

I think you can just mv the contents of their box from one
to another at the
file level. I would try a couple and see if they show up. It
would probably
be quicker if you have access to the box.

Manually you can copy them
	tellmail path user1domain
	tellmail path user2domain
	copy (path)/mdir/new/* (path2)/mdir/new
