I ended up changing the black lists that I use, based on
input from an ISP
in Cleveland Ohio, which cleared up all of our problems.
He specifically said to use:
bl.spamcop.net and zen.spamhaus.org
He processes over 750,000 pieces of mail a day, uses those,
as well as
having a Barracuda box in front of his mail servers.
Don't know how many accounts and domains he hosts, but it
keeps him jumping.
