This error 'usually' means something more serious is wrong,
so do this:
tellmail status
tellmail showq
and send us the output of both of those along with your
surgemail.ini and a description of what sort of
load you expect on your server in terms of incoming smtp
connections.
You can try setting
g_thread_max "400"
but if there is an underlying problem, then increasing that
setting will only make the problem worse if you keep
increasing it.
