mail bouncing problem... HELP

I'm having bounce problems that I can't seem to figure out. 
I'm using 
http://pingability.com
to check my smtp server and I get this response. 



EBUG: getProvider() returning
javax.mail.Provider[TRANSPORT,smtp,com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPTra
nsport,Sun Microsystems, Inc]
DEBUG SMTP: useEhlo true, useAuth false
DEBUG SMTP: trying to connect to host
"mail.1031resource.net", port 25

550 Limit exceeded Found 207.210.209.134 in orbs recent
cache, action (deny) (relays.ordb.org)
DEBUG SMTP: could not connect to host
"mail.1031resource.net", port: 25, response: 550

Remove relays.ordb.org from your RBL list. It is now
returning a hit for all
ip addresses
