That would be a nice feature. It could be secured that it
could only be
sent from the Mail List admin page, not available as an
address that could
be sent from the outside world to by anyone on the list.

If he wants to send to all the members of the domain, there
is a function to
display which domain users are not a member of the list.
This would make the list maintance simple enough. Just ask
Surge to show
which domain members are not on the list.
I have asked for a function or special email address so
that
all mydomain.com would cover that, but it needs just a
bit of special
handling to make sure spammers don't find and abuse it.
