If I recall correctly the do full login was added to webmail
as it
developed. I think there were two ways to auto_login one was
a quick way
and some functions required a full login. I think the
difference was
passwords and or cookies. Now the templates that netwin
releases all
require a full login.
As for the master setting I don't know.
