Plesk and surgemail

Does anybody have Plesk and surgemail running side by side? 
I don't  
want Plesk to even try to configure the mail server, but
apparently it  
has that function integrated with it when new domains are
created.  My  
hosting company is working on a solution, but if somebody
has  
something here, that would help me out greatly.
