Who needs icons and graphics? Not GMail. I don't hear any overwhelming
hue and cry about their awful graphics.

yes, but ..... I am good with code. I know what looks good, but I will
never be able to produce a good looking website or even an icon. I will
be able to slightly modify a template but any major changes will give
you something a three year old would be proud of. many people on this
list will be like that.
what you need is a graphic designer. some one with some artistic
ability. this is generally incompatible with systems admin-hood

When newer versions come out, just edit
yours with the new code.
There are instructions on
Netwinsite.com/webmail/webmail.htm under adding new templates.

WebMail interface?
This is an important point. The reality is
that the interface is the
sell for the end user. We all are sold on the stable feature-filled
backend but it's the front end that sells the customer. I'm looking to
start selling email service using Surgemail and I would really like a
snappy looking web interface.
Thanks,
Wayne

I'm all about simplicity in design... the same mindset that has lead
Google to be the industry behemoth should be our guide to a simple,
clean and attractive front end. What we have now is simple and
clean... and if we have to forgo attractive to keep simple and clean
that let's not change. But adding attractive would be an important
marketing move for the company.
Thanks,
Wayne
