fatal error after migration

hello!

I have moved my Typo3 installation into the new localization
and when I 
go into backend I get following error

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in 
/usr/local/www/apache22/data/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php
on line 3179

I use Typo3 3.8
PHP 5.2.0


maybe it's because of PHP??

how to fix it? should I change PHP version?
