web hosting and pricing for services question

I have been photographing for some family and friends their children,
pregnancy and Homebirths. My mother is a midwife in TN and I have been
approached by several of her clients about photographing their
homebirths.

First I need to find out about charging for my time (I could be at a
homebirth easily for 3 straight days) and then about charging for
photographs or just for the CD and copy privileges.

I also would like to set up a website with private log ins and the
ability to proof and purchase for each family.
