Dial in -3 in your [AWB] or use [PRE]set WB for starters.
The [AWB] on every Nikon DSLR that I've ever owned* has tended toward a
much cooler cast than I prefer. Dialing in -3 compensation usually mostly
fixes the problem in mixed light, but otherwise I'm using flash and [Flash
-3] WB.
