On the D300 you have a base of ISO 200, and if I remember correctly LO.1,
LO.2, and LO.3 (not sure on the D3, as I've not even seen one). You also
have a Hi.1, Hi.2, and Hi.3 (might be a little off on these names). I don't
believe I've had a reason to shoot lower than ISO200, but have shot at the
higher ISO levels. The D300 is great in low light, and the D3 is supposed
to be even better.
