OpenNMS is rock solid.  It's definitely not as easy to
configure as some of
the others (especially as far as graphing is concerned), but
it's getting
better.  Incredibly reliable however, and scales extremely
well.

Very helpful mailing list also.

I'd definitely recommend giving it a test run.

OpenNMS is ok, depending on your needs.  At the level we've
needed it to 
scale, it's failed miserably.  We've also had reliability
issues with 
it, but some are associated with it's scaling issues.
