I don't think so. If you're an end user assigned the
"private version of"
41.0.0.1, how do you reach a web site on the real
41.0.0.1?...short of
crazy DNS translation and NAT tricks...and that assumes
everything uses
names rather than IPs. Just renumbering into 1918 space
would be much
simpler.
