Hi Kevin,

Not sure if you ever got the problem resolved.  I also ran
into the same
problem and here is the fix:

cd $NUTCH_HOME/bin
dos2unix nutch

This will fix the linefeed difference between Unix/Linux and
Windows and you
should be good to go.
