recno,segment in ParseData class???

Hi,
I am trying to run ParseData class? but not able to give
recno values as
parameter.
It ask two values recno, segment.

What I know is recno is recordno. of the perticular
segment,
So how can I get the segment & recno. to run the class.

Can anybody help me to resolve this issue.
