THANKS!  I had set plugin.folders incorrectly in my
nutch-site.xml.  Now I'm able to get this to work:
$ bin/nutch inject crawl/crawldb urls.txt

How did you know to look at plugin.folders?  Anyway, thanks
a lot for your help!
