Nuxeo5: a complete sequence for deploiement

Indeed it tends to change quite a bit those days. Anyway you
just need know that
'Nuxeo' is the final think to deploy and if it does not that
means that other
components are needed first and by reading the error message
in the console you
should be able to guess which are are needed.
