NXDirectory / NXLogin changes

Hi,

In order to compile the NXLogin modules, you have to:
- remove the NXDirectoryLoginModule (not used anymore)
- checkout NXUserManager from svn
- update the other modules (NXDirectory, NXSQLDirectory,
NXLoginModule)
- run the deploy target in Nuxeo module which deploys them
all in JBoss
- run again JBossRuntime url-comparator target.
