NXThemes debug markup

Hi,

I've added a debug message in the theme renderer showing the
output that 
is sent to the JSF engine, it's on INFO level right now to
be moved to 
debug.

It is the same as using a static template. so to debug
without nxthemes 
you can save the output in a template and use the template
instead.

the theme is rendered only once for a same combination of
(engine, 
theme, page, perspective), since it ends up in the facelets
cache.
