cannot create any document

It seems like this is a bug from the new comment module.
Please try to 
update and rebuild, maybe this has been fixed in the mean
time. If not, 
this is a bug we do not have on our side, so we'll enter a
bug report 
about it.

If you cannot do that, you can try to remove the
NXComment.jar file from 
the server/default/deploy directory and restart jboss.
