problem when starting nuxeo

 i did the ant clean & mvn clean & mvn
-Dmaven.skip.test=true install & ant 
clean & ant
result ==> build successfull
i start jboss ==> localhost/nuxeo
i receive the first page
i enter Administrator as the login and password and i
receive this page

please help me
