sorry for the late answer ( Very busy week ;) )
I looked at your forms code and have to say
excellent work! 
There are only two little things which I want to mention.
At first, I think you should write more tests. You
have implemented a lot of forms, but there are only
6 NUnit test methods. I believe you will find
some more test cases ;)
Second, add the copyright and license comment to
each of your source files, please. You can take a look
at one of the "old" source files to see how this
should
look like.

As mentioned in a further mail we have an ODF Toolkit
meeting every friday (9.30am - 10am CEST) and it would
be great if its possible for you to join us.
