Good idea, thanks.
BTW, I'm a contractor. The full time people here seemed to
be crushed under the weight of inertia, and seem to feel
it's futile to consider switching formats, because too many
departments would have to do it at once.
But I figure if I can slip in an 'export to ods' feature
into one application, it's one tiny step in the right
direction.
