Yes, it does. Ideally I need a stand-alone control that can
do this work.
PS Right now I am trying to embed OOo as an ActiveX in my
.NET application.
Bu no luck.

But I wouldn't say that this control "renders
ODF". It will instead
embed an OOo window into the Internet Explorer.
