Maybe the packet dependency isn't being corrently specified
? If you
could please be so kind and contact 'scott' to his address
at
 ossim.net and explain him the problem, he's done
those packages.
In the meantime and as a workaround, you can emulate what
"utils"
install doing the following:
1. Download source tarball
2. Copy $source/etc/framework/* to /etc/ossim/framework/*
3. Copy $source/include/ossim_conf.pm to somewhere in your
perl path
(/usr/lib/perl5 maybe ?)
4. Copy $source/scripts/* to where to your
$ossim_base/scripts/,
usually /usr/share/ossim/scripts/.
IIRC that's everything ossim-utils installs.
