Initial Login after setup

I am trying to set up OSSIM on debian (etch). 

I have followed the instructions for installing on debian
and I am able to
get everything working to the point of the login screen in
the web browser.
However, I can not log in using the default
"admin" "admin" username and
password. When I try, it says: "Wrong User &
Password"

But I don't think that is really the problem. At the very
top of the screen
I get back in the browser: 

Warning: Error reading configuration: login_enable_ldap is
not set

Where is this coming from? What do I have set up wrong?
