Ok, thats are running now.

I create the database osvdb (didn't exist on my config).
Configure it in /etc/ossim/server/config.xml.

restart service ossim,

Need to will confirm, if someone have the same error
message.

Hello, could you please post here your
/var/log/ossim/server.log file ? There 
we will find some more information about this problem. If
you start the 
server in this way:

# /usr/bin/ossim-server -D 6 -d

you'll start the debug function, and much more information
will be logged.
