Hi...

I'm looking for a "beginner's"; tutorial that assumes 1
thing: => "the reader knows nothing about OCaml"; (or
C).

Does such a tutorial exists somewhere? I have seached
the OCaml homepage and read the wiki-based tutorial.
For me, not very satisfying. ;(

As I'm also "trying on" Scheme as well, I suppose that
I'm looking for an equivalent to:

TIA...

The best introduction to OCaml that I have seen is still Jason
Hickey's Introduction To OCaml <http://www.cs.caltech.edu/courses/
cs134/cs134b/book.pdf>.

William D. Neumann

"I eat T-bone steaks, I lift barbell plates, I'm sweeter than a
German chocolate cake. I'm the reflection of perfection, the number
one selection. I'm the man of the hour, the man with the power, too
sweet to be sour. The ladies' pet, the men's regret, where what you
see is what you get, and what you don't see, is better yet."

Have a look at the freely available first chapter of my book "OCaml for
