Well, it's now a public service provided by ocaml.cn community.

Before anything else, we should claim that

- It's *unofficial*. We expect INRIA or the community to establish an official
one, so it can be obsoleted or become some kind of complement.

- Due to the wide range and *variability* of authorship, we won't be able to
contact each of them for permission, but

* We only provide titles and teasers, as in the feeds provided by the
original authors. We won't leech contents, and all the full-text links
are pointed back to the original posts.

* We won't even keep your feed items persistently on our website. Any feed
items older than four months are considered outdated and removed from
our database.

* If any author is still, under the above conditions, reluctant to be
referenced, please send me a email, we have no problem to change it at
your request.

We recently made some notable enhancements to the planet service. Here is a
general introduction:

- As usual, we provide both the feeds for subscribing and the web pages for
browsing the planet

- For your convenience, we provide *independent* feeds and pages for each
category. Currently, we have the following categories:

* Planet Caml [EN]:
(O)Caml related posts in English only

* Planet Caml [ML]:
(O)Caml related posts in in all other languages (Multilingual). Usually
you won't have much trouble to understand the main ideas in these posts
with the help of babelfish or google translate.

* Planet Caml [F#]:
F# related posts

* Planet Caml:
or say Planet Caml [All], the sum of all above

- The ultimate address is http://ocaml.cn/planet, where you can find the
summary and entry points of all categories. For each category, there is

* Name, e.g. Planet Caml [EN]

* Feed button for this category, which you can subscribe with your favorite
news reader

* A list of most recent items in this category (titles and links only)

* Pointer (the "More" link) to its own category page, for browsing all
items content of current category

We appreciate any kind of help: suggestions, bug report or link information
etc, just drop me a message or post followups here.

Enjoy!

Greetings,

Could not you please tell, which blogs or postings are included to the
Planet feed? Do authors submit their postings to the Planet, or the
blog posts are searched for in FeedBurner or Technorati?

With best regards,

Victor
