Also, the readme doesn't exactly spell it out, but you need to
configure your command prompt to know where VC is. You can either do
this by opening the "Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt&quot; entry on the
start menu under Visual Studio, or manually running the batch file
vcvars32.bat from your current command prompt.
