Issues With 1.4.2

I've been running OpenAFS 10.4.2 under OS X 10.4.8 (PPC)
since  
yesterday evening.  I'm noticing two minor issues with this
latest  
release.  Neither are critical, but just annoying.


aklog - producing very verbose output, 539 lines of output
as follows

> $ aklog
> Got cell ncsa.uiuc.edu
> Config: cell grand.central.org ()
> host 18.7.14.88 12070e58 (grand-opening.mit.edu)
> host 128.2.191.224 8002bfe0 (penn.central.org)
> host 130.237.48.87 82ed3057 (andrew.e.kth.se)
> Config: cell wu-wien.ac.at ()
> host 137.208.3.33 89d00321 (goya.wu-wien.ac.at)
> host 137.208.7.57 89d00739 (caravaggio.wu-wien.ac.at)
> host 137.208.127.57 89d07f39 (vermeer.wu-wien.ac.at)


CellServDB file doesn't contain openafs.org cell

I know why; I'll get a revised installer up.

There is no openafs.org cell anymore.

I can fix that too.
