I recently purchased 3x 1U rack servers and all of them seem
to give
me an internal compiler error when compiling (almost
anything, but
sometimes I can get lucky). I've ran a memtest86 overnight
without any
problems, so I assume memory is ok. I ran a benchmark
program
(lmbench) to see if anything funky would happen, and no go.
This is a dual processer but I've tried bsd.mp and regular
bsd to see
if that had anything to do with it, same result on both.
Seemingly
everything works but compiling, but I really doubt that -- I
think
I've just been lucky thus far.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I should try next?
