new: naim-0.11.8.1

naim is a ncurses client for AOL Instant Messenger (AIM),
AOL I Seek You
(ICQ), Internet Relay Chat (IRC), and The lily CMC.

Tested and works fine on i386. Buggy on sparc64, added to
NOT_FOR_ARCHS.

Please test, especially amd64.
