Just an innocent bystander here, no personal experience.

But... if you read that post till the end, it says clearly
that the
posted hack did *not* work. There is a link to another post
on the
netbsd macppc list, which shows a strategy to make something
work, but
it's nothing you can do at the OF prompt.
