Questions on CMS/Hosting Control Panel Recommendations

Hello Everyone,

  I had some questions about the CMS (Content
Management Systems) people are using on OpenBSD.  I am
very curious to hear peoples experiences regarding
Joomla, Drupal and or Plone.  As well I am looking at
Free/Open Src hosting control panels ISPConfig or
GPLHost, etc. because I want some other non-technical
people to administer some of the sites I will run. 
Any recommendations for OpenBSD?
